Eos Designs was tapped by Dove Creek Lodge in the fall of 2010. The hotel was suffering from a lack of reservations, poor visibility online, in-cohesive branding and company image, and no general direction to their marketing initiatives online.
When we began work the website in place was abysmal. It lacked modern design techniques and was extremely difficult to navigate. The site was experiencing an extremely high bounce rate and rarely saw return visitors. The conversion rate of the website had never been tracked and when we ran initial numbers we found the hotel was severely under performing.
Six months after redesigning their website and creating all new branding and marketing collateral, a social media presence, press releases, website content, monthly newsletters, and even a new sign on the main highway, Dove Creek Lodge had twice the amount of traffic and their conversion rate for reservations was up over 400%. This equated to an increase in sales of over 900% in just the first six months of working with our team.
Today, we are still working closely with Dove Creek Loge to fine tune their marketing strategies and continually work to increase the company’s exposure both online and off.
